The Racing Post appear to have nicely overlooked the recent BHA report from when Nicky sent the wrong horses to the wrong tracks. Turns out they were wrongly identified from day 1 if I read it correctly...

so when he was telling an owner "yours is working nicely at home" it was in fact a completely different horse
