it has been like this for 3 days.
some people may not have noticed it, even at RUK they may not notice the difference, but the sound has distortion, lacking bass frequencies,,,sounds tinney. |

I called them and they said it was a cable at the back of my sky box!! When I explained that all my other channels were okay and other people were experiencing the problem they siad they have no knowledge of this problem and no other complaint! So we have clueless people at a TV station covering a sport run by clueless people ... good fit!!

flyingkipper, im on virgin cable and the sound isn't right. must be a RUK problem. all other channels are ok here.

Im on Virgin fibre optic ... I think everyone shpuld call them because they are cluless that they have a problem ... RUK number is 0844 855 2977

i telephoned them today. they said no one else has complained. but as i am with virgin, i'd have to ring them. has anyone on sky here telephoned them?
