I try and just leave it alone these days after a few races, if its not working. I think some days you just see the race in a different way, and when you're not winning you tend to keep on not winning.

Hopefully u will learn from the experience it really hurts when you have a bad day we all have them and especially where u chase to the point of risking your whole bank.Expect u will come back, every time u win take a bit out or better still treat yourself.
