Why not if he can get fully back in the groove. Why wouldn't the ruthless Magnier do this. Murtagh never actually wins a race that he shouldnt does he. He would never have won on Dylan Thomas niiConfusedvar

At the top level, there is little difference between many jockeys imho. Best horse wins most of the time.
Can't blame Murtagh for much this year.

Murtagh very rarely loses races he should have won(apart from the lets give it an easy in spring/debut & keep some horse for later in season)
Fallon would have found it difficult not to get stuck into
an unfit  Fame & Glory on its seasonal reappearance & probably leave behind a bigger prize later in the year

Johnny Murtagh is a very good jockey and now it seems a great PR spokesperson for Coolmore, but winning the big ones is important are all the horses really that bad?Fallon may be a rogue but he stands head and shoulders above Murtagh in terms of actually winning the top races.
K.Fallon the best.

it really amazes me to see punters support this man after all the stuff that came out in the case, he thought he could do anything he wanted to but that changed when he was arrested.
in my view he deserves fk- all and I hope he ends up with
fk-all

Thats true luckyme but with that outfit winning = money, and they need success to continue at the top, when money talks the fact Fallon is a rogue is forgotten.

KF had it all but threw it away.

do owners/trainers really want a dodgy druggie riding for them?

its all his own fault and its hard to see him ever getting back to the top.

They don't want him. Fallon could not have made it more obvious he was waiting for Aidan's Derby call but ended up riding for Godolphin.

Ramruma,You hit the nail right on the head with that!Johnny Murtagh is safe in his job, can't help but feel though Fallon was a great loss, saying that he did bring his downfall on himself, there is a fine line with brilliance and total lunacy its a balancing act,but if I wanted GR1 winners the lunatic would be on board.

Any recall the steel stockholder guy who attacked the panorama man when he asked him about near perfect record of laying KF's mountsSad The assailant's son was KF's driverLaugh

Why did KF need to mix with that lot when he was riding for Stoutey. FIKK innittConfused

He strongly tipped Midas Touch for the Derby which can only have been to butter up Coolmore.

He would never have won on Dylan Thomas niivar

[smiley:crazy] He won the King George on Dylan Thomas

If the horses aint good enough as plenty of Ballydoyles are at the moment it doesnt matter what jockey is on board.

I will question one thing tho because it has cost them plenty of races over the years, why they dont use an American jock stateside!

johnny better all rounder imo , mr fallon did himself no favours by riding for godolphin either  . its impossible for any stable to keep up the flow of group 1s ,never mind better what was after all a world record for g1s a few seasons back.
