never really worth talking about horse races on here unfortunately especially not the night before.
York looks very hard at first glance. Not sure i would want to be on anything ew in the 2.10 tho. looks very competitive, the first 3 in the betting could all be heading for listed/group races in time and plenty others have chances. Showcasing does jump of the page at me in the duke of york tho. so many of these good 2yo 6 furlong sprinters get campagned down the 7f/guineas route when its plainly obvious they will not stay. Generally speaking i cant stand john gosden but do think he has got this one spot on keeping him at sprint distances and taking on the older horses from the outset. Reckon showcasing will prove to be a top class sprinter this year and 4/1 is very generous in my opinion. Main aim would be a danger but nearly all of stoutes have needed an outing this season and dont think he will be any different. good luck with the trixie anyway |
