i might be being stupid but i recently registered a new card that my bank sent me but after trying to withdraw some funds earlier, it said i couldnt because i have to withdraw at least the amount i deposited on the other cards which are no longer in use? any advice? thanks

no, seriously, yo have to deposit the money back to any cards you used to make it all equal on all of them, before you can get the money back on your new card. money laundering rules i believe |

Ring them up a get them to remove old cards from account.

I had the same problem . You have to phone them and request a bank transfer. I also told them a card was no longer being used but apparently they cannot remove it from your account whilst net money paid into betfair.
