I've tried it, and still buy their annuals most seasons, but don't use it, even though I'd like to.

The stumbling block for me is not price, although that might be the next consideration, but the difficulty of integrating the Racing Research product into my current process.

I use Raceform Interactive, which makes it easy for its users to make their own use of its data. Timeform is more prescriptive, by which I mean it imposes its corporate view of the correct way to use Timeform. Racing Research even more so.

Nevison talks about using Racing Research in his first book iirc btw imo.

The ratings are excellent, however that's about all you get. As I remember (correct me if I'm wrong, I subscribed years ago), the printouts don't even have the official rating that the horse ran off. There's no comments in running, just raw numerical data. And they are hellish expensive, more than a subby to Timeform black books.
