Yes james it is. only bet of the day for me.
horse didnt quite get 7 furlongs on softer ground at folkestone last time but a fast 7 at lingfield is ideal has a perfect draw and will get his own way up front.
music maestro is not only drawn in the carpark but also wont have enough speed for this.
Sheer force is probably the danger but we have beaten him already last year giving away 8 pounds and altho sheer force didnt have the best of runs that day is starting to look a little disappointing. a frustrating horse imo that still hasnt learnt to settle in his races.
Macie is the unknown quanity and the market will of course be the best guide. Well drawn and an interesting jockey booking but they tried to sell her for under half her original purchase price last april and had no takers. that coupled with the early market guide suggests to me she aint that good.
With a couple of 80 rated horses in the field i wouldnt have thought the rest of the runners would even want to finish too close to the front here let alone win with handicaps just around the corner for most.

geton u are spot on i think cant see it getting beat even 1.26 looks tempting for a place if i had more funds i would be smashing into that
My question mark would be Sheer Force, well backed last time, came there cruising, but then didn't see out the trip. He's back down to 7F today which may suit better. Good luck to you guys, think i'll just watch this one.
