It is best to log your claim in the area where ou live once you have filled out all the paper work and paid your fee. Before this however you must send a final letter to the people you are wishing to sue and it must be headed Letter Before Action in this letter you must set out full details of your claim and state that this is the last correspondence you will enter into unless the claim is settled in full.
