"Wigan kebab" when you name something it should be from a place that is historically interesting surely ! Thats like saying a Milton keynes kebab !

I like a Wigan kebab for breakfast, dinner and tea but it normally consists of M & P, chunky steak, mince and onion and just meat. :-x
