After the agony of winning the 1,000gns by a nose, only to lose it in the Steward's room, this poor chap had seen his previous runner Sam Sharp, also trained by Henry Cecil, beaten a nose (the thickness of a fag paper) at Nottingham a week ago, having been backed from 7/1 to 9/2 and getting the short priced favourite Cygnet well beaten. This, along with the loss of the court case injunction (against C4) means this guy has had 3 reversals, by the shortest of margins in the past week, enough to drive any of us to contemplate suicide.
Let's just hope he has a change of fortune today at Bath in the 17f. h/cap at 5:00pm with his runner Baddam (8yo gelding) trained by Ian Williams.........I for one will be cheering it home and I trust everyone on here will do the same.

If he can afford to have 3 horses in training he is an awful lot luckier than most people who are struggling to pay there mortgages, and worried about losing there jobs and keeping a roof over there heads.
