If he knew this story was about to break soon , where would you not want to be , in the crucible spotlight

on reflection i watched him interviewed after the match and he looked almost pleased for davis ,

maybe im wrong but if i had backed higg in that match i wouldnt feel happy now

I doubt anyone backed higgins at 1/16 fella, davis put him under pressure in the first 9 frames and played ok,for a change.

higgins mind was on other matters - his retirement wedge ,
if this is true its the most disgusting act of greed ive ever known ,

I know you know your snooker giggollo but its not even about backers or layers , its one of the most precision games on the planet
if not the most ,
Must be easy to throw a game without anyone noticing when they are expected to miss a lot and even easier to get poor position ,

conspiracy theory i know but given todays news would you put it past him

if he is thrown out of the game, he appears to have all the attributes to make a fine m.p.

The government watchdog the Gambling Commission is also likely to assist in the investigation, which comes in the wake of other similar claims to hit snooker and a string of other allegations in sports including football, tennis and cricket.

Many seem surprised that he could be so greedy, having already earned so much money from the sport. ...However, it wasn't that long ago he was campaigning for the World Championships to be moved from it's spiritual home at the Crucible over to the Far East - and all because of the promise of greater prize money ...Where's his love of the game and its heritage there? Seems to me he cares more about the mean green than the green baize ...Such a shame.
