when riding a horse ?
As I drove along a lane near home this afternoon there was a girl using a mobile phone whilst riding a horse.
Could this be a new idea for jockeys to bet in running ?

We are banned from using them in the aircraft hangars, but I'm not sure if we can ride a horse in there either.

I got into terrible trouble for using one while riding a horse.... but I was on a plane at the time....
