Says its a certain to stay (Awzaan)
By:
Yeah - not a fking lot, his usual useless self.
By:
i thought he was pretty impresive.
By:
Did he really say it was certain to stay? That's quite significant if he did.
By:
he didnt say certain, but he was confident.
By:
He said he thought it would have run massive race if had run in Dewhurst over 7f.
By:
You thought he was pretty impressive? As a professional jockey he gave f@ck all insight at all - basically just tipped up all favourites aside from his own mount in the guineas. The whole programme was a dull-fest this morning.

Still got the bad draw to overcome though according to the stats they showed. Would lump on otherwise.
By:
dont think they covered any other races significantly.
as far as i know,no mention of cracking palace house stakes. waste of time this program with all the 'humour',and backslapping . |

enj
yes the draw stats in big fields is a worry for low draw backers. |
By:
sir talbot, i agree reference the program, it is awful.
Hills gave honest and straight answers imo. As a jockey i can take or leavehim but imo he was good value this morning. |

You thought he was pretty impressive? As a professional jockey he gave f@ck all insight at all - basically just tipped up all favourites aside from his own mount in the guineas. The whole programme was a dull-fest this morning. Richard Hills has been speaking about this horse for 2 weeks and has covered every aspect of this race. Basically, he has answered all questions from whether he thinks it will stay, to how much it has improved and his appettitie for a battle. |
By:
He wasn't good value - seems an okay enough bloke but didnt really tell us anything we didnt already know. The whole idea in having so called professionals on the programme is to drive and insight, thought, tip which comes from leftfield but which is with sound strategic forethought. That's to say, Hills works within the industry, will hear the whispers - guaranteed if he was worth his salt, he would have heard something for the odd outsider which would have been interesting.
His only insight to this effect was that Ballydoyle think a lot of the favourite - I mean come on, FFS ! |

Mrak Johnsons interview on ATR last night was a million times more insightful than Hills drivel this morning.
By:
Well, you must have missed all the other interviews he has done previously.

May just hang to much to win

you got to read between the lines:
sure to stay means confident. confident to stay means hopeful. hopeful to stay means no chance in hell. Btw also goes for tracks holding inspections etc. |
