Does PP aggresively pursue others with these game e-mails

They're always, on a regular basis, sending my e-mails about this roulette, and that machine. In my user options, i haven't ticked the box to receive these e-mails. They gave me a free fiver to try them out, then a couple week later they gave me another free fiver go. Both times i used them up, just to see how they work, and they are laughable. This firm are the most aggressive i've come across in peddling their online game agenda.
