Whether you like him or not the fact is that Big Mac is the business, he's generally entertaining (even if he overdoes the bufooning sometimes) and he also has a perceptive mind. How many racing journo's are perceptive and entertaining? Plus of course he is a colourful character who gets racing more coverage than it would otherwise get from mainstream media.
