try F11 - i think that is what you mean - full screen?...if not hit F11 again to undo it back to how it was and explain further

yes, remove tick where it says total available...that should hide it lol

next to the red cross top right corner there is usually 1 box . however on ie i have overlapping boxs

put 1 p less on & balance will be 0.01

overlapping box means you are full screen just like i am..if you click it will reduce size of page to half size...so not sure what you mean to be honest - sorry
