Well as long as "they add a few more email addresses to their customer database", they'll regard it as a success. How nice that they have also managed to maintain the capacity to let people pay. Win-win anybody?
Is anyone keeping tabs on whether they get the FREE bit back by upping bar prices etc...?

Rod believes horseracing should be for the landed gentry, & if those bothersome working class want the privalege of being allowed to wager on his sport then they should make a mighty contribution of big fat commissions.
He'll probably get a knighthood for services to racing - where as real heros like David Hood of william Hill (Should get an award for outsanding services to the public for updated market information) get nothing but criticism.
