you are free to get a licence and right the wrongs yourself, unless that impinges on your completing the gross profits, general betting duty and income tax returns you are no doubt completing on the recommended monthly basis.

surely as most punters are aware of the bad value in betting at kempton why do they just not swerve it. surely theres enuff betting chances in a day to just ignore kempton.
