...that put forward a whole stream of sensible ideas to improve the product for the consumer when interviewed (by Thommo I think)?

Spoke shed loads of sense with lots of ideas, none of which, as far as I can remember, are being incorporated into the joke that is RFC.

it was indeed the one who talked about students and othe rways of getting people interested and hooked and not one of our biggest names in the profession.

he had just unsaddled a winner when they interviewed him and spoke more sense in 5 minutes than the BHB manage in a year.

Thanks for that....and assuming you're right then it seems I was a bit off line! :)

I'll have a look to see if he has an article on the web somewhere expressing his ideas.... will be interesting reading if it exists.
