Anyone think that this is value at 1.35? Has the best form on offer and probably should win, but the 2 horses that filled the places behind it have both been beaten since. Newcomers don't appear that well bred and Joe Junior wears blinkers 1st time out(not a good sign imo), only bet imo is Straight Line, 6 lengths behind fav at Windsor but had worse of draw and missed the break, 4 lbs better off could get a lot closer today.

Fav should win but you'll probably get a bigger price in running,

I'd lay now and back at 1.8 and 2 imo.

Don't think its good value but can't really see anything to beat it.

I've been looking for something to back e/w and struggling to do that

It may win, but in no way is it a 1.35 chance.

If the fav gets beat you will get a better price IR info, but why would you think it would trade that much higher unless it looks beaten.

Re: Joe Junior

I think you'll find that all of Gay Kelleway's two year olds will be wearing headgear regardless this season. She feels it will go some way to avoiding them running green.

I don't think it'll win from the front,

if it leads the price will only get smaller and if/when it gets challenged, will go a bit bigger and if held up as I think he will, the price will get bigger once Hughes starts to look for room !

I would be prepared to lay the fav, 2yr olds are probably less likely to repeat previous form imo and also plenty of imponderables in the unknown its not for me good luck, I would lay win and place, hardly going to be terminal damage if wrong
Cheers
