Do you use one ? I didnt and was chucking any amount i felt like on the horse of my choice. This did not and cannot work imo. This month i have tried a different way and it works ..i think ;)

Tried 2% 5% or 10% of bank and its seems to work ...for me. What do you lot use for a plan if any ?

Follow the Money Tree plan - All in full bank.

When lose get a new card and reload.
Report kenilworth April 27, 2010 8:49 AM BST
Stake price % of 100,
4/6 = 50
1/1 = 60
6/4 = 40
3/1 = 25
etc
etc
All winning bets return 100.
Fixed, rigid and it works.
If doing ok, then increase
100 to perhaps 120.

10% bank

when your winning your betting more when your losing your betting less(goes against all known natural betting)

^^ HOW IVE WORKED FOR 6 YRS, BET MORE WHEN YOUR WINNING, LESS WHEN YOUR LOSEING, WORKS A TREAT, IF . . . .YOU STICK TO IT, AND ALWAYS HUNT THE VALUE . . .

BUT THEN UL BE ARBING**!

10% of bank.

Start with a 10k bank , hit 10 losers and you are down to 3,500

Sounds really sensible.
Report zebadei April 27, 2010 10:22 AM BST
What way do you go Muqbil?
Report MikeWood April 27, 2010 10:23 AM BST
Thanks for the advice muq, its worked for 6 yrs, think il change my ways because of somebodys opinion on a faceless forum . . . ps dont hit 10 losers then!! ;)

Easy said i know. YEP YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE ON WHEN YOU THINK THEY HAVE THE PRICE WRONG, BUT THIS WAY KEEPS ME DISAPLINED. NEVER WISH I HAD MORE ON THE WINNERS AND LESS ON THE LOSERS?

agggg CAP locks!!

this is not the best way to bet. It means after a losing run, your stake is low. So that when the winners start coming - your betting with at lot less than you were. Will take much longer to get back to a profit.
Better to bet 5% of starting bank - and increase when win - but not decrease when lose. Only a LR of 20 will deplete bank.

agree with facts

I use the formula =IF(M2M1,(2*I8),(((M2-M1)/100)*0.4)+(2*I8))
where M1 is initial bank, M2 is bank now, and I8 is a multiplier (of £2) of your choice that determines what you want your minimum back to be.
Once the stake has been determined with this formula, it cannot be decreased, it can only be increased.

In this way, you start a winning run with a good stake level depending upon the history of the bank.
Report swift-tuttle April 27, 2010 1:07 PM BST
* there should be a less than sign between M2 and M1 at the start

Evening guys, most of the known plans are on here. http://www.thestakingmachine.com/

Hate to be boring guys, but if your betting has a negative expectancy, then no amount of stakes altering will turn it into a positive one. Sorry if that's egg sucking!!. :D

I like Kenilworth's betting to price/ probability, method.
