Well I am an sna fan. It wouls appear from all the write ups that his breeding is wrong, his everything is wrong, and never back a favourite in election week, and everything else to boot. Yes the favourite tag is dreadful and the going will not be as soft as Doncaster, BUT that did not stop SEA THE STARS last year and if he is as good a horse it will not stop St Nicholas Abbey this year. If he is a good horse he will win in any conditions, and if he is not then he will not win on Saturday, which potentially is his most difficult race. Having said that only Awzaan and Elusive Pimpernel have possible form to match. Canford Cliffs surely has too many negatives. Why change his mind on the winner of the Greenham if he is a world beater? Godolphin know there place. However Saturday will reveal all.
STS was 12-1 minimum this time last year btw so far from favouritism. As regards SNA, i'd be more worried about his birth date, his one race on good ground, the general form of RPT trophy winners in the guineas, AZ and EP's ability to turn the tables on better ground, trainers form in general, trainers form with fto runners this year and i also believe he's carrying the money of the great MONEY TREE. Other than that i think he's an odds on chancewho's 13-8 best price currently.
