Just wondering because I would have thought that McCoy and Johnson would have ridden at Towcester before going on to Ffos Las later?

Yes, especially as there's only one winner separating them in the fight for the championship.

AP must be getting old and not as keen ......ffos las isnt a million miles from towcester.........AP was once invited to the monaco grand prix for the weekend ...all expenses paid by his friend schumacher.but he declined as he was booked to ride in the seller at fakenham on the sunday.....very true....now thats what i call dedication.... .or insanity ...take your pick

I find F1 easy way of making money lot easier than horse racing.

Went to a F1 race once , on tv it is like watching paint dry. But live it is just amazing the noise , the smell of fuel , burning rubber , the scantly clad ladies , adrenalin flow , not enough superlatives to describe the live motor racing .
