Click on the lay side, put in about £35 for the backers stake and see what it gives you as a liability, will leave you up a very small amount on one side and a few hundred on the other, hope this makes a little but of sense mate.
By:
£37.56

i need to go the toilet and don't know what to do..............

If I click on the lay side for £25 as well it's green as below
£3,167.60 £1,067.60 All other horses are -£25.00 (red) £0.00 (green) Does it mean that my fixed profit today is £1067.60 but I lose £25 if any of the others win? Sorry to sound daft , but I don,t normally back then lay. |

no should all be zero apart from the one you backed if you just want your £25 back
By:
keep changing the steak until you are happy with both sides
By:
But with the new lay price being so far under my matched back price, surely I can lock in good profit?
By:
"lock in" ??????????????????
By:
if you posted £25 on the lay side then then should all be blank.. I think...should get your money back and have a profit on the other side.
Im confused now. |
By:
It should be 127.7 / 85 * £25 = £37.56
By:
you dont get 42.7x£25 as you think
By:
This is like trying to explain the off side rule to my granny.
By:
You cannot lock in good prophet if it loses, with such a small steak, hth.
By:
Ha Ha. So if I lay it for the same amount I backed it for, what happens win or lose? Do I lose or do I win? see my previous post re what it says next to every horse. Thanks for your help, it is appreciated.

Simply divide your total return (inc stake) by 85.. ans £37.56 as already posted by BJ and Viagra.
By:
Lay it for £37.56 at 85 and you'll win £12+
By:
Stick another £25 on @ 85 before all the value goes :D
By:
you must have a Fair Tradeimo ;)
By:
Whats the horse?
By:
lay it for a pony if it gets beat you get your stake back but if it wins you get the gold medal
By:
I think you're right razmos
By:
10£ on a 102=£1000 profit.....lay £10@52=£500 liability...£500 left divided by£10 =£50 profit...i think.
By:
Let it ride, its only £25.
By:
take £25 out at 85 , and have a £5 on five others ,,,,,,only £25
By:
lay it back @ 127.7..think of the poor sod that laid it if it wins.
