Morning!

The 4:15 at Ludlow is worth taking a look at.

The fav at the moment is sou'wester. All of its wins have been over shorter distances than today and it looks too short a price.

2 runs back it ran over the same course/dist/grade as today and was beaten 7l, with a further 1 length back to tyup pompey who runs against sou'wester again today but has a big swing in the weights.

tyup pompey is an infrequent winner but did win this race last year off a 1lb higher mark.

The other horse to have a look at is american world. Seems like the ideal trip/ground today.

I was at chepstow when american world last ran. I thought before the race that the 2 miles was going to be on the short side and it proved to be just that. The horse was never put in the race and was pulled up.

It is less exposed than the fav and today A P is back on board and it should show its true form.

I can't make a case for any of the other runners.

My suggestion is to back tyup pompey and american world against the fav which should get you a fair return as they are both backable prices.

Best of luck

let me know if you are going to take my advice.

ferreting helps mike -- try looking west Ludlow bumper has 2 for starters. we don't want your fingers turning green - If you go to the garden center - then you make a rod for you own back- send her indoors off

Whilst I would agree with you that Souwester is best at 2m he has actually won twice over todays distance.
