Am trying to find the membership number so I can get the 2 for 1 Tatts tickets for Chester Cup. I have rang RUK customers services but they could not provide it, because I am a web based customer.On the regular correspondence, there is a 14 digit number after my post code. Don't know what this is though it seem a bit long to be a membership number.

Some glib sounding guy gave me an e-mail address. Thats all they could do. You would have thought that they'd just be able to access all the details.
