Well he never seems to know what the going is so there's a fair chance he hadn't a clue about the horse.

... he said significantly more than thea Northan ... he was specifically negative about its chances for today.. and when specifically asked by Neter Paughton he confirmed that horse wasnt fancied today
Ultimately we are all responsible for our own actions and interpretations of connections, trainers etc comments...
A Man ( ieTellwrong) who relies on Racing and its patrons for his own living, and his happy to use his connections to get his daughter on the RP payroll... should be a little more aware of his responsibilites and obligations to the wider game.
