not in todays day and age, could move south to a big setup like pipe, nichols or henderson, but once down will have a whole host of new owners to please, relationships are not built just on rep, u have to prove yourself to them, so starting from scratch in that sense. These days the bigger pots and more races are down south

PBP - I disagree. If he were to go to Nicholls or Henderson he'd be second choice jockey. McCain has some serious ammunition now, and the guy who owns Peddler's Cross seems to be putting his hand in his pocket.
