? won the queen anne and this race last year.

although I agree I dont think he'll win, just for different reasons.

Is this the horse that Clanford Cliffs beat into a pulp ?

;)
Report anotheronebitesthedust • April 24, 2010 4:24 AM BST
Paco Boy was a clear second LTO to a horse which ran Sea The Stars close...

Will bolt up IMO if fit...
Report acassidy72. • April 24, 2010 5:41 AM BST
Should beat these.
Report Viagra Man • April 24, 2010 7:18 AM BST
Must agree - vulnerable at the mile but should beat these today.
Report anotheronebitesthedust • April 24, 2010 7:27 AM BST
Paco Boy is probably the banker of the day, the only slight worry is the long lay off.

Paco Boy was a clear second to Rip Van Winkle LTO, who was only a length behind the world class Sea The Stars on its previous run.

If Paco Boy is fit will make mince meat out of these joke horses.

Richard Hughes will keep Paco on the bridle then will nail them in the final furlong, easy peasy.

Should be 4/7

Suprised PP have not already paid out
Report ETID • April 24, 2010 10:12 AM BST
why would you lay this? everything suggests it's clearly the best horse in the race.
Report Duvauchelle • April 24, 2010 10:16 AM BST
Group 1 horse, the only one, in a Group 2.
Report jonnyboykimber • April 24, 2010 10:26 AM BST
Ive looked long and hard at this race trying to find something each way against it. I can't. I feel that even if it ran 7lb below its best if think it will still win. Can't agree that a mile is a problem. It certainly wasn't at Ascot last year and now it is a year older why on earth should it.

Of all the short price horses today however the one with the best chance is Petit Robin where everything seems in his favour. I was hoping for evens somewhere but doesn't look like it will be.
Report Viagra Man • April 24, 2010 10:32 AM BST
There wasn't a problem with the mile at Ascot because it was running against horses with similar stamina doubts and out of form horses. It won that by default.
Report Duvauchelle • April 24, 2010 10:41 AM BST
sorry Pressing is but that was a German1 which was weaker.
Report jonnyboykimber • April 24, 2010 10:42 AM BST
agreed but it didn't look to me as if it was tiring at the end
Report Ralph Malph • April 24, 2010 10:52 AM BST
also i wouldnt say the horses it is up against today are exactly world beaters
Report corbiewood • April 24, 2010 10:54 AM BST
a bulging net.

ELG a master of his craft.
Report acassidy72. • April 24, 2010 11:04 AM BST
Can't see how its a bulging net. Its a valid point he raised to which people have offered their opinions.

Or are you trying to catch some?
Report freetea • April 24, 2010 11:57 AM BST
If a valid point, how the feck did he manage to win this race last year, on the back of a trailer.
Or have I been double netted.
Report NAGS TO RICHES • April 24, 2010 11:59 AM BST
id rather back confront and border patrol instead of laying paco

Gladiatorus ran in this, Aqlaam has won a group1 and group2 over a mile since, Alexandros has won over 9 furlongs aswell. Paco will make mince meat out of these horses, theyre all group 3 horses at best runing against a multiple group winner

Gladiatorus went off like a scalded cat, Aqlaam has won SINCE but was returning after a disappointing effort in the Guineas and Alexandros didn't show his form on the fast ground.

If you read my comments in this thread, you'll see that I agree with you and that he'll win today.

Massive doubts about him staying the mile when he meats good horses. Should be a layable price tho!
