What are your thoughts on situations where the BFSP is 30% worse than industry sp, Bamboo? I'm pleased you agree the mechanism is fundamentally flawed, as it is not often we agree.

i think it is a case of bad timing, sometimes if a late plunge, and a priority race is on, then it goes under radar and no layers...normally i would say 80% it is better...but that one was one of those things
