And any shenanigans at the start they should have to pass a dummy race test at a real meeting to ensure they have correct temperament.

You have got to look hard to find a two year old race this season.At this rate the Coventry will be won by an unraced Colt.

just starting to load them well before post time would be a good start

Trouble is with big field 2yo races is that some are in the stalls for 5 minutes because of others causing problems, limit field sizes, putting them on last is a good idea, either that or run debutant only races before racing proper so they can get used to the racing experience
