Watch the Windsor race - same going and Distance - won very easily
My main back today - £500 at a fraction under evens here, can see this starting 4/5 or shorter

If weights and measures mean anything at all, has to be considered a shoo in.

Peter Island smashed up in this race last year, with Dancing Maite behind, unfortunately DM is out wide today, leaving it to Hi Shinko to maybe blast out of stall one and set some wild fractions to get Beat The Bell at it early imo. You really are scratching around for reasons why BTB would not win without too much fuss. I couldn't back at evens though. Rowayton would be my idea of a decent ew poke, knocking around in some decent sprints last year.

It's a stiffish trip at Leicester too.

suffolk
only jusy noticed its nearly 6f
think i need another coffee this morning
Report zoozee • April 24, 2010 9:59 AM BST
didnt he get an easish lead last time with the lack of pace ( excuse miltons rag )

6f at leicester might test him if its a speed war early
Report quantize • April 24, 2010 10:01 AM BST
Horse is well handicapped, the only issue would be if there are any others well handicapped in the race to give the horse a fight
Report Muqbil • April 24, 2010 10:04 AM BST
He tracked the pace lto, zz. Could have taken it up at any time tbf.

That is my only thought, if Hi Shinko can set some tough early fractions and get him chased along instead of cruising. Might have a go ir if Hi Shinko pings the stalls :)

Looks a bit short given this looks a better race than the Windsor apprentice race he was so impressive in.

Clearly, based on that and on a comparison with his all-weather mark, he is a stone well-in.

So yes, he is the most likely winner but at odds-on in a better race, we have missed the wedding. He was 4/1 last time in a weaker race.

Another deduction for withrawal of a 20/1 no hoper !
Report Suffolk1 • April 24, 2010 11:59 AM BST
Withdrawal even !
Report Muqbil • April 24, 2010 1:50 PM BST
A sizeable drift on Rowayton here.
Report Ramruma • April 24, 2010 1:58 PM BST
Perhaps he really is better on the all-weather.
Report snooker1 • April 24, 2010 1:59 PM BST
