I was of the opinion that the Jockey Club who run racing as there little bit on the side.
I was pleased when the BHA took over the Game however I am no longer sure.
Any one know Lord Abergavenny number he may be needed.

as for Danny Cook I advise he appeals and tell his advisers to look at
Hook v Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a disproportionate verdict
Perhaps the first thing Lord Derby, Lord Hastings, and Duke of Argyle should look at is the NH starters rules.
