When logistical managers employed on six figure salaries try their hand at weather forecasting it inevitably leads to the required equipment being left 200+ miles from where it is required. Not the first time and very unlikely to be the last. No wonder that the financial services sector is in such a mess. Fortunately our generous benefactor was far more organised than ourselves.
