clearly thought nobody would notice if he ran round the hurdle. should have done it down the back straight, might have got away with it.
The jockey thought he was doing right. It's the course officials, the judge and the stewards who are at fault.
How can you call this man a crook? Formula 1 drivers make mistakes and get penalised which has affected results. They are not accused of **ing. If the game is so**- why are you punting?
Looks absolutely gutted, no doubt he has connections on his case.
