I do not agree it was the worst winning ride ever, but I do agree it was a pretty poor effort. The horse does race lazily so that didn't help and I suppose the main thing is he got it home in front.

He lost his whip at the 3rd last done well i thought.

Ah I didn't know that.........I suppose on reflection he got in behind the wall of horses as the horse wasn't travelling.
