these drifts are so blatant that its dead
although no doubt barney is doing this on a regular habit now so that one day, one of his dead horses come to life and hammer the cr ap out of it

In all fairness it was driven and hit from the moment it left the stalls and was never eased up on, you couldn't call it a non trier, just no good.

The bloke is a common ** and brings the game into disrepute. How someone earlier can call him a hero is beyond the pale.

i just right a race off with a BARNEY runner, but when i saw the drift ihad a place lay to win a£100 soon Knew you were going to draw

Barney is a hero. How the horse was fav this morning is bizzare. Not barneys fault horse is useless and was underpriced.
Excellent topic MIke- I guees we should all learn from the man- you can always beat the bookmakers -- providing you think differently than Joe public !!! Barney sure does that.
I think hes quite easy to work out--He's got the excuse lined up-- long time away from the track- normally a big clue. Next a big long curve south east followed by a major downward plunge south. His first one tonight had clearly been eating grass in a field for the last 2 months as he was as big as a cart horse.My guess is he will now go back into training and be set up for a nice little touch over 1m 6 - 2 miles in July/ August. The key to Bareys success is simple - he runs them unfit when their not wanted.It would be interesting to know the weight of his horses b4 each race !!!

mike i sleep twice a day normally 10- 2 am then 3 -6 am its to do its to empty the junk mail and check my pulse to make sure im still alive
i think horses should be weighed before each race like the dogs
