True, thought Daniel Craig would of been more interested in betfair poker though.. ;). Wonder who the jockey was... no clues is there?

So no charges can be brought against the jockey yet the punters get banned. How does that work? Either something has happened or it hasn't. Or are you proved guilty if over a two year period you have success laying a certain jockey.
