I would assume some think that he simply didn't act around Cheltenham.
However, although that looked like a legitimate reason, it looked like he was outpaced to me, which would be a huge worry today.

To be honest Koo, I haven't got any strong views pro or against Riverside Theatre - I was just very surprised that he was jolly.
As for the opposition having hard races at Cheltenham, presumably the reason RT didn't was because he wasn't good enough to have a hard race?

Racing Post says the undulating track at cheltenham didnt seem to suit him last time so better can be expected on this course.
The same RP's description of Punchestown? Right handed undulating track..
Unless he wont mind the hills going right handed, always a possibility!

I think Psycho is the interesting one in the race. Hacked up lto in a decent hcap and looks to be improving. I know Sports Line beat him comfortably at Navan but that was only soft ground and most of the runners in this are coming off the back of hard races whereas Psycho looks to have been kept fresh for this.

Not having Ruby in the saddle in a slight concern as he haves a great record on the horse although Davy knows the horse well and i dont see it as a massive negative.

I dont know wether it should be fav or not,but if you watch its cheltenham run there should be a bubble above the head of the horse about half way asking the jockey "why are we stopping?"
