terrible ride y didnt he just try and go down the inside . was only hanging round the bends and jumping left but he never tried getting an inside posse

can't see how AP is to blame for the horses defeat.

If he was on the inside rail, would have carried all the other horses out wiht him at every bend and every jump, no choice but to do what mccoy did.. Good ride imo, what a stubborn mule that horse is..

This is a fishing thread because any numpty could see he was using his full weight to try bring the horse back in. Denman has his own ideas about the game now, clearly going right handed aint for him and no human is going to tell him him any different!.

look at the way Denman was carrying his head throughout - he was hating the ground. It was hurting him. No jockey could have won on him. He should never have run today. Horse deserves better. Nicholls and Twiston-Davies are the biggest culprits in over-racing their horses. All this nonsense about 'this is the best he's been all year'. Why run him today on that ground? Pure greed.

McCoy could have learnt a bit from Davy Condon's ride on Pandorama in the Drinmore, keep to the inside with runners to your left which generally helps keep your mount jumping straight when racing right handed. Admittedly Condon knew beforehand it would be a problem for Pandorama, McCoy only knew after 2 furlongs of the race but still think he could might have tried to some cover to his left.

Amazing ride.He'd have been pulled up at halfway by a lot of jockeys. Horse doesn't act right handed.

He was beaten about 6 lengths. Going to the last he was still in contention.Why pull up a horse that is still in with a chance ?

why didnt he pull him up?was never going to win and would have ran out if mcccoy wasnt pulling right with 2 hands? that could have been serious damage to horse and rider their.

should have tried getting to the inside what sense id there in going all way out to the left on a left handed jumper . should have tried to get to the front and on the inside but never once did i see mccoy at least attempt to get the horse to the inside.
