Looking to take on Denman...don't think there is much between these two. Thinking Joncol unexposed over the trip and could win. Worried about the ground. Any thoughts?

one of my fav horses is joncol .just think that him been such a huge horse he might just find the going a bit to firm.

At least Joncol has had a good rest and will be fresh. Its difficult to know how the other 2 have come out of Gold Cup

I quite fancy Planet of Sound at fancy odds. Prefers a good surface and going RH, the step up in trip is an unknown but may see some improvement too. Is liable to clout one though.

Think Joncols going to be the next big thing, not good enough to beat Denman today though, as for yer ground worries......I think Dick O Sullivan up in Punchestown will have the ground right for the big guns during the week, he's not stupid

Well done, you called it correctly. Likes going RH. one of only a few who it proven on the ground, should stay on breeding (I know you didn't say that) but you did say he would clout one - which he did. Very well doe. You may have guessed that I had a small interest as well. |
