Boyles and Powers refunded all bets.......

But there is no way an exchange could do that

The assistant trainer was caught napping on the blind side to the other horses while he was leading the horse up to start.Very unsatisfactory indeed.

The talk about Racing for Change right then lets change the Under Orders rules.

All National Hunt Runners will be deemed not under orders if the runner does not pass the starters box if he refuses to race is a different matter.after that point.
This is more important than the cost of racecourse coffee.

Cubone.

Stretch. I thought that. Seemed like the horse had nowhere to go had it wanted to as he wasn;t trotting it up as they came under orders. By the time he was out the way they had gone...One of those things
Report lukehart April 21, 2010 12:05 AM BST
doan I agree it was one of those things, but it doesn't stop one of those things from making the horses for betting purposes a non runner,

i have raced since 1963
horse under orders dos'nt start YOU DO YOUR MONEY how is it a disgrace
2010 best ever deals 4 punters even on your MISFORTUNE some firms returning STAKES
one thing 4 certain you WILL NOT GET PAID ON HERE WHERE YOUR LOOKING FOR SYMPATHY
Report doantwin2easy April 21, 2010 12:09 AM BST
Luke, I agree tbh...the horse hasn't run and should be declared a non runner.
Report lukehart April 21, 2010 12:13 AM BST
a punter had enough to put up with
Jockeys, forgetting to take the hood off
Sralls opening late
Jockeys taking the wrong course
Stewards marking the course wrong
false going reports.
Wrong stall placements.
Horses carrying wrong weights.

I will not hinder the sport by mentioning, black arts.

So would it not be a gesture of Good Will to make a horses participation void if he doesnt start

After all he places his bets in good faith paying the horserace kevy that keeps the industry aflout, and therefore pays Jocks/trainers/and the majority of prize money.. for owners.

They are not asking a lot are they,????
Report The Destroyer April 21, 2010 12:17 AM BST
On course layers cleaned up innit
Report lukehart April 21, 2010 12:19 AM BST
Intermistella ask for 50 formites to come to the racecourse with me and you to lodge a peaceful and orderly complaint toi the racecourse or in fact any racecourse the publicity will do the trick like the time the Kings horse was brought down in the Epsom Derby but women have there vote and so should punters get there way on this small topic.
