The horse ran a very good race - the pace was a crawl - hes won every chase except this one - give the horse a break - Champion chase is a real possibility- I'd back him anyday - if someone puts up something tasty

sizing europe simply does not have the form to win the champion chase. winning a cheltenham novice is one thing, beating the experienced horses in his second season is another. from what we have seen today he is not going to be good enough

race was not run to suit what so ever, awful awful pace, knew a mile out it couldnt win. Great great horse though, people**ging it know NOTHING about racing.

agree^ what better horses will it face in the champion chase next year?
Report woodworm April 20, 2010 6:29 PM BST
Arkle winners have a great record in the following seasons QM.
Moscow Flyer and VPU both did the double. Did Azertyuiop do it also?

I think Sizing has an excellent chance in next yrs race, (although Big Zeb did look very good this year!)

What a stupid thread

Thanks for telling me what I posted TEN MINUTES AGO Wonders, you quarterwit.

What better horses will it face in the champion chase next year?

Let me see...Big Zeb, Forpadytheplasterer, Master Minded, Golden Silver? This talk of him being a novice is nonsense. He's an 8 year old ffs and raced in open company as a hurdler. This year's Arkle was only an average renewal imo and he was all out at the end from a horse that wants further.

Thanks for your well elocuted reply, Ross8481. Now please, go forth and multiply.

Sizing Europe has already kicked Big Zeb out of his way- read the form

Arkle runners have a very good record in the Champion next year.
Sizing Europe loves sitting just off a fast pace (which he'll get in the Champion Chase)
He also has a very good record at Cheltenham.

Also, there are so many horses thata don't run that well at either the Aintree or Punchestown festivals after a tough race at Cheltenham.

Absolutely madness to write him off after that race, although Big Zeb will be very hard to beat.
