robbie power had the handbrake on last time at leopardstown - i watched from the stands. and it loses today after being kept for this race, thats what happens - karma.

Jessica Harrington's horse has only one entry at the Punchestown Festival (the 2m Handicap Hurdle on Tuesday). The six-year-old has only competed in two races so far this season but was one of my eye-catchers in a competitive Handicap Hurdle at Leopardstown back in February. Despite the slow pace, heavy ground conditions and some jumping errors, he still managed to finish in sixth place, beaten only by four lengths by the Willie Mullins-trained Tarkari. With the guaranteed faster pace and better conditions, the son of Golan will have a better chance for success. Good start for Will's Dark horses on the ATR microsite. ;) |
