As a regular racing punter on and off course, I would have thought they would have put a contact us with your ideas link on their website.
The last thing I want to see when I go racing is those (Umper Lumper) liverpool girls who look like they have got dressed in the dark!

they do not have a feedback section because they want to keep all the racing for change money themselves....god forbid anyone who is not a stake holder in a track or a "marketing exec" who has never been in racing be allowed to get involved

Cant wait for the decimal odds trial at Ascot next week! How many decimal places will be the next issue ! Racing For Improvement is what is needed not 'Change'

Is the decimal going to get the crowds in! I know one thing, the tic tacs and going to have a nightmare with the decimal point! lol
With change you bring in a different crowd. I noticed more p!ssed people at Cheltenham this year, more crowds of lads getting hammered, some never leaivng the bar! |

they can start decimalisation(waste of time) yet cant phone a course to tellem to delay a race. ridiculous really ben.

They should get to the streets and do some market research and actually ask the non racing public why they don't attend British racecourses regularly, instead of sitting on their fat arses and coming up with sh1te ideas.
