this horse runs in the first at bangor today. Has been off for a little while. His past form is very good with its 2nd last run having ben franked in no uncertain terms with the winner going on to win a grade 1 novice hurdle at aintree.

Had a big reputation in the point to point scene in ireland and in fairness has done very little wrong on track. At 5/2 or so it must be an outstanding win bet today.

McCains horse is an improving horse but has to give weight today and a double penalty is always hard to shoulder in a novice hurdle, but I fancy egertons to win and to win well.

Anyone any view on the race?

I commented on this earlier. 1.45 a place is a knocking bet. tho it is Bangor. many a horse has failed to run to form at this hole of a place.
