"Hughesie rides Funky Lady for Pat Fahey, and you won't find a better-bred filly in the race. Her second dam is the dam of Sea The Stars, and she has been putting in some impressive performances on the gallops and worked better than Penny's Gift the other morning - and Penny's Gift is a Group 2 winner! Ryan rides Belgique for us - we were going to run this Compton Place at Newmarket, but it makes sense to start nearer home against other unraced fillies.
