Hi guys, you might know more about this than me, well....
I set up a blue square account a while back and they gave me a free bet, I to be honest, hadn't really remembered even doing it.
Anyway, yesterday, as they were best price on a snooker bet I wanted, I set up an account again, not even knowing I had one, because I was using a new Visa card, it didn't indicate to me I had one while setting it up.
Anyway, they were doing a free bet offer, where you get a £11, £22 and another £22 free bet, I did the qualifying bets and was betting on some greyhounds. I won on one of the £22 bets at 7/4, it returned £55, anyway I got my snooker bet on, and had a bet on some horses, anyway, I had £24 odd quid still in the account. This morning, my account was blocked, so I phoned them up and they explained I had another account. They re-opened my new one and closed my old one, however, they took the £24 out of my account, which was my money really, saying as I had used free bets on 2 accounts, they wanted some money back. Can they actually take real money out of your account, at any time, if they feel like it. This really was nothing to do with the free bet they gave me? Where do I stand on this?
lol, there was no cunning plan! i forget who i've had accounts with sometimes, just wondered if they can take real money out of your account, as they state a free bet is of no monetry value.

well, i had won £55 from one of the free bets, but had staked on many things after that, more greyhounds, horses, had a bet on the snooker. it wasn;t directly from the winnings, no.
