Rishi is making a number of valid points .Too many chavs and the intellectually challenged are attracted to the sport.

Thought Elusive Pimpernel would run in Derby. Not even entered and will not be put in. Will not act on course. Should do a bit more research before going on tv
|

i think the guy is ok, he just tries too hard on-course. i think this is because the majority of racing presenters, especially on the beeb where he does most of his work, are deeply rooted in the sport, and he is not. i just think he wants to be accepted and as a result comes across as a bit cringeworthy.
in tonights role he just gets the chance to talk about the sport with less pressure to get interviews and tip horses etc. |

clacton, so he made a mistake. Its entered in the Irish Derby - and why would it not act at Epsom. I think it would, and surely you cant find much fault with his contribution tonight, he's been spot on and in the punters corner.

John Dunlop said on tv he would not act at Epsom, hes too big. I'm sure he knows more about the horse than you
|
|
By:
He does but at least I've got an opinion unlike you

and we will never know will we?

a sad demise of a great thread :(

Im just telling you what the man spent several minutes talking about. My opinion is he should at least know he's not entered in the Derby. The horse is the big news of the day.

"The result did no harm to Elusive Pimpernel's Investec Derby hopes either, with Hills cutting the three-year-old from 16-1 to 12-1 for the Epsom race."
it seems the Racing Post are wrong as well. |

It could still be supplemented couldn't it?

I'm surprised no one from here has appeared on ruk yet. As we all know, we're experts on everything and never make a mistake, ever.
